Please allow additional transit time for delivery. • If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. KEX Express Delivery Time: 4–7 days (EM) / up to 14 days (WM) West Malaysia: RM15.30 East Malaysia: RM6.80 City-Link Express Delivery Time: 4–7 days (EM) / up to 14 days (WM) West Malaysia: RM13.00 East Malaysia: RM5.90

4. Private Delivery (Bintulu Area Only)

For customers within Bintulu area, please contact our person-in-charge at arrangements.

5. In-Store Pickup

You may skip shipping fees with free local pickup at our boutique: The Odd Couture Lot No. 1-11, First Floor, Boulevard Shopping Mall Bintulu, Jalan Tanjung Batu, 97000 Bintulu, Sarawak, Malaysia.
